Jeff Cain serves as President and is also an owner. As a third-generation home builder, Jeff grew up around the building and has a passion for making client’s dreams become reality. Having built homes from 1300 square feet to 12,000 square feet, he approaches every project with the same passion and commitment as the next. Jeff visits every project every day, while also meeting current, new, and perspective clients to discuss the details and progress of their projects.

Todd Kimball serves as our Chief Financial Officer and is also an owner. As CFO, Todd handles all business and financial operations within our office in Smyrna. While not often seen on the front lines of our projects, he is a critical asset to the success of every project.

Originally from Livingston, New Jersey, Kyle Stevens relocated with his family to Johns Creek, Georgia, and then to Peachtree City, where his passion for real estate sparked. Having grown up during the development of Atlanta’s fastest-growing suburbs, he was exposed to the industry’s great possibilities at an early age. With a strong command of social media applications and extensive training in the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand platform, Kyle leverages the power of the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand to the fullest. He helps clients realize the extraordinary influence of modern marketing communications when selling or buying a home, and he delivers results with the quality, professional service that Sotheby’s International Realty® is recognized for around the world.

David Cruz joined Midtown Builders Group, LLC as our  Project Manager in December 2023.  He has already proven to be an intrical member of our team.  David has a wide array of experience in both hands on construction and project management.  Our clients love working with David and really appreciate his expertise and professionalism.   David plays a valuable role in the day to day operations and we are proud to have him.
